1. Accessing Price Categories
In the main menu, click Settings/Price Categories to open the price categories section. 2. Creating a New Price Category Click “Create New Price Category” to add a new category. 3. Enter Name and Abbreviation Enter the name (e.g., High Season, Low Season, or Trade Fair Period) and an abbreviation (e.g., HS, LS, TF). 4. Define the Time Period Select the start date and end date for which the price category should apply. 5. Select Applicable Weekdays If the price category applies to all weekdays, leave all days selected. If it should only apply to specific days (e.g., weekends), select the desired weekdays individually. 6. Save the Price Category Click “Save” to create the new price category. 7. Setting Prices for Price Categories Go to Settings/Price List to view an overview of your price categories. 8. Enter Prices All previously created price categories are displayed in the price list. You can now set the prices for each price category. 9. Save Your Entries After entering all prices, click “Save” to secure your changes. 10. Handling Overlapping Price Categories If price categories overlap in time — for example, a trade fair or event period that falls within a season — please take note of the priority settings. Assign a higher priority to the more expensive price category (e.g., trade fair) so that the higher price is applied during that period. 11. Save Changes Finally, click “Save” to permanently apply all adjustments. | |
